Barbara Ann (Freeman) Gray

Barbara Ann Gray, age 59, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017 at her residence.

Her body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, April 17, 2017 at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Chris Stephens officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Barbara was born on August 4, 1957 in Abilene, Texas to Harold G. and Frances Jean (Henderson) Freeman. She married David Paul Gray on May 25, 1974 in Sweetwater, Texas. She grew up in Rotan, Texas and then when  she married the love of her life she moved to Sweetwater, Texas. She was a caregiver for Outreach Home Health Care for many years. She was a Christian.

She is survived by her husband David Paul Gray of Sweetwater, Texas, mother, Jean Bodine and mother-in-law, Tula Gray, both of Sweetwater, Texas, daughter, Tammi Gray of Winfield, Kansas, son, David Paul Gray, Jr. of Sweetwater, Texas; four grandchildren, Jakobie Montoya and his fiance Bridgette Lanier of Sweetwater, Texas, Katelyn Montoya, Ryan Rodriguez, and Gabriella Rodriguez, all of Winfield, Kansas, three sisters, Pam Freeman and Vivian Williams and husband James of Sweetwater, Texas, and Pat Brown of Snyder, Texas, and one brother, Harrell Freeman of Sweetwater, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold G. Freeman.
