Jennifer Marie (Holbert) Hart

Jennifer Marie Hart, age 73, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on January 20, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.  

Her wishes were to be cremated.  A graveside service will be held 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Sweetwater Cemetery with Chaplain Donald Middleton officiating.  Burial of her cremains will follow.  Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.  

Jennifer was born on March 19, 1950 in Sweetwater, Texas to William Woodrow and Betty Jean (Palmer) Holbert.  She was a 1968 graduate of Colorado City High School.  She worked as a paraprofessional before retiring.  She married Joe Micheal (Mike) Hart on July 19, 1968 in Colorado City, Texas.  

She is survived by her husband, Mike Hart of Sweetwater, Texas, sister, Anna Carter of Abilene, Texas, cousins, Susan Bumpass of Granbury, Texas, and Joe Kirschbaum & wife Mary of Abilene, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, William "Bill" and Betty Jean Holbert.
