I wish to offer my condolence for the lost of your loved one. My husband at the young age of 62 suffers from Alzheimer so I understand somewhat of the responsibility that goes along with it. Now may the family rest and reflect on how you did your best to love and take care of your loved one. For encouragement reflect on all the miracles Jesus Christ perform while he was on the earth. He had the power to' cure all sorts of disease and every sort of infirmity among the people'. (Matthew 4:23) He showed on a small scale what He will do earth wide by means of His Kingdom ! May this bring you comfort as it does me. Take care...(jw.org)

To Wilma/Kay/Chuck,/Jerry/Delmer/Sherrie, and the rest of Don's Family, and 'many' friends. We are very sorry to see/hear/read about Don's passing. Our Family has been close-knit as long as I can remember. And we 'always' enjoyed being around each other. We have had some wonderful memorable times. And Don was an outstanding member of Sweetwater all of the years that he lived there. I can remember when he and Wilma bought a great automobile(not just a car)which was a brand new fire engine red 1958 Oldsmobille '98' 4 door hardtop!! And they were both very proud of it!! Don was also Store Manager of the old Goodyear Service Store on east Broadway in Sweetwater in the Summer of 1964(that was torn down). We are both Grand Son's of the late James E. Childers and Clurcy L. Childers, of Sweetwater. I 'also' remember when the McDorman Family lived in Coleman and Ballinger. I loved them all, and they loved me in return. Don and his late brother Royce tried a joint venture in opening a McDorman's Furniture/Appliance Store in Winter's, Texas. Don will be 'greatly' missed by 'many', but due to his Alzheimer's disease/illness, GOD decided to call him home, May GOD bless his Family, and 'many' friends!! I am very sorry that we will not be able to attend any of the services. May GOD give 'each' of you the strength to make it through this time in your life!! Please remember all of the good/fun times that we have had with Don. Again GOD bless each of you.
