Antonio (Tony The G) Guerra

Antonio (Tony the G) Guerra, age 57, of Roby, Texas, passed away on Friday, December 7, 2018 at Coronado Nursing and Rehab Center in Abilene, Texas.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 10, 2018 at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with Licensed Minister Tim Miranda officiating.. Burial will follow at Roby Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Antonio was born on October 17, 1961 in Robstown, Texas to Serapio and Alma (Campos) Guerra. He was a farmer. His hobby was to collect knives and he also liked to make them. He was a beloved father, grandfather and brother.

He is survived by his sons, Tony Guerra II & wife Brianna of Plano, Texas; son, Tobias Guerra & wife Daycea of Sweetwater, Texas; Tanner Guerra; and Tad Guerra of Sweetwater, Texas; several  grandchildren;  five sisters and brothers-in-law, Alice Barrera & husband Joe of Roby, Texas; Martha Montoya & husband Julian of Sweetwater, Texas; Esmeralda Walker & husband Roger of Abilene, Texas; Julie Durben & husband Jeff of Roby, Texas and Ester Paquin & husband Dave of Sweetwater, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Serapio and Alma Guerra, brother, Ramon Guerra, and niece, Victoria Miranda.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Guerra, Jason Soliz, Christian Barrera, Tony Soliz, Jr., Mark Soliz and Tim Miranda.
