Billie Nell Eidson

Billie Nell Eidson, age 87, of Abilene, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Wisteria Place.

Family will receive friends at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Decker Cemetery with Mike Coffey officiating. Burial will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Billie was born on December 30, 1937 in Blackwell, Texas to Bill and Edna Myrtle (Lewis) McRorey. She was a graduate of Blackwell High School. She married Boyce John Eidson on June 1, 1958 in Blackwell, Texas. Billie worked as a bookkeeper for Paks Corporation and also worked as a secretary for the First Baptist Church of Junction. She was a longtime resident of Junction, Texas.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristyl Ren and husband Evan of Abilene, Texas; sister, Charlotte Barnes of Blackwell, Texas; many cousins, including Glen Brown of Abilene, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Boyce John Eidson and brother, Larry McRorey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Glen Brown, Ricky Brown, Todd Brown, Larry McRorey, Jr., Evan Ren, Sharla Dee Tjaden, and Traci Dee Jordan.
