Kristen Elizabeth Johnston, age 31, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2012 in Abilene, Texas.
Funeral Services will be held 1:30 P.M., Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 4th and Elm Church of Christ with Doug Crum officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Kristen was born on March 17, 1980 in Steubenville, Ohio to Phillip and Cynthia Jo Johnston. She was a member of Church of Christ.
She is survived by her paternal grandfather, William B. Johnston of Sweetwater, Texas; her parents, Phillip and Cynthia Jo Johnston; one sister, Jennifer Lynelle Johnston; one brother, Mark Johnston; ; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gardner Cline of Lubbock, Texas; several uncles and aunts; a number of cousins, and also several great aunts and great uncles.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Joyce Johnston; sister, Julia Renee Johnston and aunt Mary Fox.
Pallbearers will be Mark Johnston, Barry Fox, Kevin Fox and Randy Brodnax.
