Lavella Rose Hamm, age two and half months, of Sweetwater, Texas died on

Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital .

Graveside Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 21, 2010 at Sweetwater

Cemetery with Rev. Keith Clifton officiating under the direction of Cate-Spencer

& Trent Funeral Home.

She was born March 5, 2010 in Abilene , Texas .

She is survived by her mother – Tylar R. Hamm of Sweetwater , TX ; grandmother – Kelly

Hamm of Sweetwater , TX ; uncle – Chris Hamm and wife Audrey; cousins – Malorie

and Miah; great – granddad – Joe Hamm of Roby; and great aunts – Tracy Ross and

great cousins - Ashley Willis and Faith Cagle.

She was preceded in death by her great grandmother – Sonya Rose Hamm
