Sandra Jean O'Neal

Sandra Jean O'Neal, age 8l, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026.

Per her wishes, her body was cremated. A memorial graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Fairview Cemetery near New Fairview, Texas with family members officiating. Local arrangements by Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Sandra was born on August 19, 1944 in Dallas County, Texas to Frank Jackson and Flora Evelyn (Schwedler) Sumners. She married Billy O'Neal. They had lived in the DFW area, Altus, Oklahoma, near Olney, Texas and Sweetwater, Texas. She had been a resident of Sweetwater since 2019. She was a homemaker and a Christian.

She is survived by her husband, Billy O'Neal of Sweetwater, Texas, granddaughter, Katy Smith of Plano, Texas; and great grandchildren, Amanda Smith and Leslie Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Leslie.
