Anna Maria (Diaz) Garcia

Anna Maria Garcia, age 59, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on May 13, 2021 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Richard Acuna officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Anna was born on February 10, 1962 in Phoenix, Arizona. She married Oscar J. Garcia, Sr. on September 9, 1983 in Sweetwater, Texas. She was a Catholic. She worked for Ranch House Motel for many years as a housekeeping manager. Her family was the joy of her life.

She is survived by three sons, Oscar J. Garcia, Jr. and wife Sonya, Isaiah J. Garcia and wife Cresencia and Fernando M. Garcia and wife Geneva, all of Sweetwater, Texas, daughter, Maria Bertha Weems and husband Jon of Sweetwater, Texas, fourteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, numerous brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl & Emma Cross, husband, Oscar J. Garcia, Sr., and a few brothers.
