Joe Nava

Joe Nava, age 63, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020.

His body was cremated. A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bert Gusman officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Joe was born on March 18, 1957 in Lubbock, Texas. He worked in the oil field for many years. He also was a mechanic and a carpenter. Joe was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.

He is survived by two sisters, Linda Bewley and husband Robert of Dodge City, Kansas, and Peggy Archer of Cimarron, Kansas, one brother, David Archer of Sweetwater, Texas, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, R.C. Archer and Ordean Archer, sister, Betty Bredemeyer, brother, Ricky Nava and nephew, Mason Upshaw.
