Victor Quirino Alvarado

Victor Quirino Alvarado, age 69, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at his residence.

Per his wishes, his body was cremated. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Victor was born on May 29, 1951 in Sweetwater, Texas to Carlos and Rosa (Quirino) Alvarado. He married Lydia Arenibas on July 31, 1971 in Sweetwater, Texas. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Parish. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. He worked for Lone Star Industries for many years. He enjoyed coaching Little League baseball.

He is survived by his wife, Lydia Alvarado of Sweetwater, Texas, daughters, Pamela Michelle Toland, and Patricia Michelle Sisk, son, Victor Lee Alvarado, II, granddaughters, Katherine Toland, Alexandria Toland, Elizabeth Fernandez, and Crystal Sisk, and grandson, Nicholas Alvardo, great granddaughters, Emilia Arenivaz and Ryn Arenibas, and brothers, Julian Alvarado, and Lee Ramon, sister, Rosa A Aguilar, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos and Rosa Alvarado, and brother, Carlos Alvarado.
