Grandelia B. Garcia

Grandelia B. Garcia, age 63, of Sweetwater, Texas, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at her residence.

As per her wishes, her body will be cremated. A graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M., Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Garden of Memories with Jimmy Kingston officiating. Burial will follow. * Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.*

Grandelia was born on November 4, 1952 in Loraine, Texas to M. F. and Felipa (Bonilla) Garcia. She was a Baptist and attended Broadway Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Spurlock of Claude, Texas and Loraine Blastick of Florida, granddaughter, Brianna Blastick, eight sisters, Mary Wheeler and companion Rudy Gutierrez of Roscoe, Texas, Geneva Kingston and husband Jimmy of Abilene, Texas, Ann Flores of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Esther Castro and husband Angel of Amarillo, Texas, Gladys Dettman and husband Don of Monkin, Missouri, Dorothy Ramos and husband Domingo of Waco, Texas, Golda Christ and husband Dave of Wylie, Texas, and Juanita Franco and husband R.A. of Midland, Texas, one brother, Matt Garcia of Rockwall, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, M. F. and Felipa Garcia, two brothers, Joe Garcia and Gabriel Garcia and sister, Gloria Rivera.
